The apartment is in a complex/residential zone of apartments in blocks/towers called Residencial Arco Iris Playa.

The complex is of private access, bounded by walls and fences. Its interior is made up of stone and ceramic paths, with lighting, gardens, open areas and a main plaza with fountain, trees and benches. The complex also has an area with two swimming pools: one large with varied depth and one small one for children.

The paths give access to each block of apartments that have their own lift for the different stories (3 floors in height) and the underground stories of the private garage parking (3 floors in depth). The garage covers the underground area of the entire complex, with two mechanical door accesses. Outdoor public parking is also available along the access road and two parking areas at the beginning and end of the complex.


Access to the apartment is on its main floor, which is accessed by an exterior corridor after having risen to the third floor in the block’s lift. The walking distance is minimal. Block 9 is in the centre of the complex, and one of the entrances to the complex (in the middle) leads directly to the lift.

The apartment is on 3 floors, furnished, with a total private area of 106.19 square metres (78.19 square metres constructed area) distributed as follows:
- Bottom floor (second floor from the ground) 35.35 square metres
- Main floor (third floor from the ground) 35.40 square metres
- Roof floor 35.44 square metres

The roof terrace has lovely 360 degree views: the mountains to the east and the coast and sea to the west.

We have a private parking space, on floor -1 of the garage, near the lift of the apartment’s block.


Other information: -

At the end of the access road, there is a path that leads to a small beach of sand and stone, which is virtually private due to the few people who usually use it. There are also other small adjacent beaches in the other nearby towns.

There is a TITSA bus stop on the avenue/promenade (Avenida Las Galgas) of palm trees that leads to the road of the complex. The complex is 5 minutes walk away from there. The TITSA line for this stop is number 472, which departs from Los Cristianos, passes through the bus station in Las Americas and reaches the mentioned avenue. I’m attaching the file “TITSA línea 472.jpg” with the route and part of the schedule.
